Deliverables for a Copy edit:

An Editorial Letter discussing overall impressions of your manuscript, including strengths and weaknesses.
A marked-up manuscript (using Track Changes so you can accept/reject any editorial recommendations).
A Style Sheet & Terms List - a document that identifies preferences for how words, numbers, punctuation, and grammar are used.
